CEO and Founder

Nandini is a social entrepreneur at the core, passionate about tackling complex, social, grassroots problems through an analytical framework. She is dedicated to working with non-profits, social enterprises, and small businesses and has spent her 20+ year career working with incredible organizations doing meaningful work. Prior to starting Sertus, she was the co-founder and CTO of GreenMango, a company based in India that provided an online marketing platform for low-income entrepreneurs. She started her career as a business and technology consultant for Fortune 500 clients, successfully managing large-scale international technical implementation projects with virtual teams located across the globe. Nandini is an Echoing Green Fellow and a Cartier Women’s Initiative Laureate. She holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an MSc in Economic Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Manager of Client Delivery and Operations

Sara is an accomplished leader with a decade-long history of guiding global teams through complex implementations and diverse technology systems. Certified across multiple clouds, she excels in leveraging Salesforce tools and integrations to navigate elaborate project implementations, streamline operations, and elevate customer experiences. Her career began in digital media and production with redesigning processes for digitization of physical media formats, transitioned into product and program management in the education technology sector, and eventually returned to consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem to focus on small businesses and nonprofits. Sara consistently focuses on empathetic leadership and creating inclusive, collaborative work environments that drive teams toward shared success. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University, where she graduated as an Honors Scholar with a concentration in Innovative and Organizational Management. She is also a member of the STEMblazer community in Denver, Colorado, mentoring middle and high school students in STEM careers.
